We’re building next-generation clothing manufacturing systems focused on automation, scalability, and modern production infrastructure.
We’re looking for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving difficult real-world problems across mechanical systems, manufacturing operations, and automation. This role sits directly between engineering and production — designing systems, improving workflows, integrating equipment, and helping scale manufacturing from the ground up.
You’ll work across production lines, automation systems, factory operations, and process development in a fast-moving startup environment where execution and adaptability matter.
You May Work On
- Design mechanical parts & systems and production equipment
- Automation and controls integration
- Manufacturing line optimization
- Workflow and operational scaling
- Prototyping and production testing
- Factory infrastructure and process improvement
We’re Looking For
- Strong engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on, builder mindset
- Ability to move quickly and solve problems independently
- Interest in manufacturing, automation, and industrial systems
- Comfortable working across disciplines in a startup environment
Bonus (but no deal breaker if not!):
PLCs, motion systems, sensors, conveyors, robotics, textile manufacturing, or production automation experience.
Why Join
- High ownership and direct impact
- Small, highly collaborative team
- Opportunity to help define next-generation manufacturing systems
- Competitive compensation plus potential equity participation
- Fast learning environment with significant growth potential
We’re building a new kind of clothing manufacturing system — one where software, production, and automation are tightly connected in real time. This role sits at the core of that system.
We’re looking for a hands-on software engineer who can help connect customer orders directly to active production lines, building the backend infrastructure that powers end-to-end manufacturing flow.
You’ll work across software, operations, and production systems to design and implement the tools that turn digital orders into physical output on the factory floor.
What You’ll Work On
- Build backend systems connecting website orders to manufacturing execution
- Develop infrastructure that routes, tracks, and manages production in real time
- Integrate factory systems, machines, and operational data into one platform
- Create tools for production visibility, control, and optimization
- Help design how software and manufacturing systems interact at scale
We’re Looking For
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Builder mindset — comfortable owning systems end-to-end
- Interest in manufacturing, automation, or industrial systems
- Ability to work across software and real-world physical operations
- Fast execution in a startup environment with ambiguity
Bonus (but no deal breaker if not!):
APIs, databases, distributed systems, IoT, industrial software, or experience with production systems.
Why Join
- Direct impact on how physical products are manufactured and delivered
- High ownership in a small, fast-moving team
- Opportunity to build core infrastructure from the ground up
- Competitive compensation plus potential equity participation
- Work on real systems that connect software directly to physical production
